These terms apply to your use of the Affordable Roofing 5 Star website and to any roofing works we undertake for you.

Quotations

All quotations we provide are free and without obligation, on either side, until work is formally agreed. Because roof conditions can only be fully assessed on inspection (including drone inspection where appropriate), a quote may be revised if the condition found on site differs materially from what was described to us.

Work and guarantees

We are fully insured and our workmanship is guaranteed. Any guarantee applies to the work we have carried out and is conditional on the work not being altered or repaired by others after completion.

Website content

The content of this website — text, photographs of our projects, and branding — belongs to Affordable Roofing 5 Star and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. Photographs on this site show work carried out by us.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute advice about your particular roof. Nothing on this website limits our statutory obligations to you as a customer.
